Signing The Contract
We always review the contract very carefully before you sign. Builders can get very creative with their contract wording, so we verify everything and make sure that you understand what you are signing.
Post- Contract Tasks
This is where our job really begins! We will get a conditional approval from your lender, an acknowledgement of your builder deposit and ensure the attorneys and lenders receive copies of the contract!
