Picking Your Lot
This step is very important, as it will determine where the home will sit and any obstacles that could affect your home. Sometimes there are additional costs associated with picking your lot. This is known as a lot premium, and oftentimes a more desirable lot will command more money. We will discuss your options and let you choose the best piece of land for your home.
Financing
We have an extensive list of lenders who we know and trust that we will introduce you to. Additionally, there may be closing costs and attorney credits available for using one of the builders’ preferred lenders. We will discuss your options with you so you can make an informed decision.
Builder Warranties
Not all builders are created equal. When having a difficult time selecting a builder, we will compare the warranties available to help our clients make a decision.
Builder Deposits
Most builders have a builder deposit associated with signing a contract. In general, these are non- refundable except for a few unlikely events. We will make sure you understand your options and will do our best to negotiate on your behalf.
